Our OEM/ODM Philosophy
Most battery suppliers default to “let’s develop something custom” — because it locks you in and generates engineering fees. We default to “let’s see if a proven solution already exists.” Starting from a certified, mass-produced baseline and adapting it is faster, cheaper, and safer than designing from scratch. If your requirements genuinely need a custom solution, we coordinate it — but we’ll always show you the proven alternative first.
Match First, Customize When Needed
Step 1: Search Existing Libraries
We search BYD, Sunwoda, and Boliwei product libraries for proven packs matching your specifications. If a match exists — even a close match — it’s your fastest, most cost-effective path.
Step 2: Adapt a Proven Platform (When Needed)
If a close match exists but needs modification (different connector, specific BMS parameters, custom labeling), we coordinate adaptation from the proven baseline. This is significantly faster than new development — weeks, not months.
Step 3: Full Custom Development (When Necessary)
When your requirements truly demand a new design, we coordinate the full development cycle with qualified manufacturers — cell selection, mechanical design, BMS integration, tooling, prototyping, testing, certification. We manage the process so you don’t have to.
