Why Quality Verification Matters
Battery cells look the same on a datasheet. They are not the same in your pack. A cell with inconsistent internal resistance creates imbalance. A cell with exaggerated cycle life fails early. A cell from an untraceable batch is a warranty liability. Our verification process exists because datasheets don’t tell the whole story — and your reputation depends on cells that perform as promised, every batch, every order.
Our Evaluation Framework
1. Performance Verification
We test actual capacity, discharge curves at rated current, cycle life to 80% capacity retention, and internal resistance distribution across samples — not datasheet values, but measured results.
2. Batch Consistency
We measure capacity variation, IR distribution, and voltage consistency across 100+ cell samples from multiple production batches. Tight distribution = reliable packs. Wide distribution = balancing nightmares.
3. Certification Audit
We verify that UN38.3, IEC62133, MSDS, and relevant regional certifications are current, valid, and issued by accredited laboratories (not self-declared). Documentation is collected and organized for your market access needs.
4. Factory Assessment
We evaluate production line automation level, quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), environmental controls, and traceability systems. A cell is only as good as the line that produced it.
5. Supply Stability
We assess production capacity, raw material sourcing, lead time consistency, and financial stability. A great cell you can’t get consistently is not a great cell for your business.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (Per Order)
- Random sample testing from each production batch before shipment
- Capacity, IR, and OCV spot checks against agreed specifications
- Visual inspection for mechanical defects, weld quality, insulation integrity
- Packaging verification for transport compliance
- Inspection report with photo documentation provided to buyer
