EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542
Effective from 2024, the new EU Battery Regulation introduces mandatory requirements for carbon footprint declaration, recycled content, supply chain due diligence, and battery passport. We track these requirements and ensure matched packs are positioned for compliance as requirements phase in through 2027.
